Role Description The Outside Salesperson, Southwest Ontario role is a full-time position with regular travel throughout the assigned territory. This role is responsible for visiting customers and prospects, presenting product solutions, and promoting Can Save Group’s brands and services to retail partners. The Outside Salesperson will develop and maintain strong business relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads to grow revenue in the region. Daily activities include conducting product and sales presentations, providing responsive customer service and support, preparing quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries. The role also involves monitoring market trends, attending industry events as needed, and representing Can Save Group in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Presentations and Communication to effectively convey product value and solutions. Proven Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities to maintain and grow long-term client accounts. Experience in New Business Development, including prospecting and converting leads into ongoing customers. Knowledge of building materials, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Kawartha, Toronto to Belleville. Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and meet or exceed sales targets. Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for reporting and communication. Previous outside sales experience and secondary or post-secondary education in business or a related field are assets.
