Role Description This is our first true commercial hire. You will own go-to-market in the United States, focused on bringing our solution to academic medical centers and cancer centers and growing those relationships into lasting accounts. Your job is to understand each institution’s problems deeply, build the case for change in their own numbers, and earn the trust that long, consensus-driven decisions require. You will inherit real demand and a warm pipeline. You will own the relationships you open, carrying each one from the first conversation through signature and into a lasting partnership that grows over time. From there, you will build the systems that make that success repeatable.
What you’ll own Owning the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, from the first conversation through to signature. You will work the buying group across research administration, finance, IT and security, and clinical leadership. You will move deals through the procurement, security, and legal reviews where health-system sales most often slow down. You will build a clear, buyer-specific business case for each account, grounding the value in the institution’s own numbers.
Qualifications A demonstrated record of personally carrying complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals to signed revenue as the person accountable for the outcome. Direct experience selling into U.S. health systems, academic medical centers, cancer centers, CROs, or comparably complex regulated buyers, which we strongly prefer. Command of long, consensus-driven enterprise cycles from end to end, including stakeholder mapping, champion development, executive framing, and procurement, legal, and security review. A consultative, value-based approach to selling, with the range to move between clinical, financial, technical, and executive audiences while keeping the value you are offering clear throughout.
Who you are You read complex buying environments quickly, with a feel for how large providers make decisions, why procurement slows, and how budget cycles shape timing. You pick up new domains fast, and you are willing to become genuinely fluent in coverage analysis, ethics review, consent workflows, budgets, CTMS, and site operations. You follow through carefully and can hold many active threads at once without letting details slip. You are at home in the ambiguity of an early-stage company, and comfortable building structure while the work is already underway.
