Location: Calgary, AB (In-Office) Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary + Team Performance-Based Growth Bonus

The Role: From Mastery to Ownership This isn’t a role where you are thrown to the wolves on day one. We believe in a deliberate, high-standard "on-ramp." Phase 1: The Foundation (Mastery of the Craft) You will start by becoming a master of the "cmi way." You’ll learn our speakers' unique voices, our meticulous CRM and proprietary processes, and the logistical symphony required to put a world-class speaker on a global stage. You will prove that no detail is too small for your attention. Phase 2: The Transition (Earning the Relationship) As you demonstrate "The Foundation"—the ability to handle complex conversations with grace—you will begin leading client interactions. You aren't just an order-taker; you are a consultant helping senior leaders and event professionals choose the one voice that will change their organization. Phase 3: The Destination (Account Ownership) You will eventually own the game plan for your accounts. You will grow the business not through cold calls, but through the "transfer of knowledge"—showing clients how our speakers solve their deepest problems.
Who You Are You are likely currently working in real estate, high-end hospitality, or senior customer success. You have reached a point where you want more stability than a position that focuses only on sales, but you still want the challenge of a high-stakes environment. You Have Business Maturity: You are comfortable sitting on Zoom with a C-Suite executive or a near-celebrity. You are professional, poised, and never starstruck. You are a Process Purist: You understand that a mistake in a contract or a missed note in the CRM is a "trust killer." You take pride in being the person who "never misses a thing." You are a Quick Study: You can watch a 45-minute keynote and immediately articulate the three core business problems that speaker solves. You are Local: You are based in or near Calgary and value the energy of a small, entrepreneurial team that works together in person.
