About the role

Remote W2 (US) or Contractor (Canada) $100K annually Scheduling Note: This position demands flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, with coverage extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a variable schedule spanning weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays to meet operational demands.

Your role is not to pitch an institution. It's to build the confidence of families navigating a decision with lasting consequences.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a critical moment: the admissions conversation. You will lead that moment.

This is a high-touch, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by paperwork or scripted exchanges. You will shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-caliber attention throughout. Your work includes qualifying prospects, supporting families as they deliberate, and deploying AI solutions to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationship-building, enrollment conversion, and credibility.

You will transform doubt into advocacy and become the individual a family remembers when their child succeeds. If you want a position where exceptional service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI represents operational strategy rather than industry jargon, submit your application now.

What You Will Be Doing

Overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence. Assessing inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis. Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent interaction, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of final decision. Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate continuity, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working from scripts or inflexible procedures — this role demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal acuity. Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or dependency on others for momentum. Coordinating campus visits, information sessions, or recruitment events — your influence derives from direct engagement, not event management.

Senior Enrollment Counselor Key Responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that establishes family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Basic Requirements

3+ years in a client-interfacing capacity with quantifiable conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Documented success guiding high-stakes or emotionally nuanced dialogues with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and proven experience steering complex, multi-phase processes from prospect to enrollment. Established ease with AI technology, automation frameworks, and task sequencing. Verified capability to execute details with precision — encompassing documentation, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, and instinctive judgment about confidential information. Located in the U.S. or Canada with independent work authorization (no sponsorship available). Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours to align with family availability.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth advisory, or donor engagement — sectors where confidentiality and sophistication are essential. Active connections or presence within high-net-worth family networks. Prior exposure to Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 independent schools or EdTech.
