The OpportunityLounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor.The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.If you enjoy building relationships with people and you like to provide value-added services by selling, then this position is for you!This is an hourly-paid position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.Work With UsLounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is a part of the Lounsbury Group of Companies. We invest in our employees through training programs and offer: Competitive Wages Group Benefits Plan, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability, that start on the first day of work (no waiting period) Paid Vacation and Sick days (vacation is negotiable based on experience) Company Pension Plan (after 6 months) Employee discounts on cars, services, and Lounsbury Furniture Career growth and continuous development Responsibilities Schedule service work in the service department Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers Other duties may be assigned as necessary Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software Bilingual in English and French is an asset High school diploma or GED required Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills Likes helping people Good work ethic Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
