Job Title: Technical Outside Sales Representative
Location: Uxbridge, ON
Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 CAD (dependent on experience)

What you will achieve in this role:
Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts across Canada, with a primary focus on Ontario and Quebec. Build long-term customer relationships through regular onsite visits and exceptional account management. Identify opportunities to expand existing business within your assigned territory. Collaborate closely with leadership to execute territory-specific growth strategies. Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight technical advantages and ROI. Deliver onsite product support, technical guidance, and customer training as required. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer updates using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations and maintain exceptional responsiveness to customer needs. Contribute to the continued growth of the company's Canadian business while serving as the face of the organization throughout your territory. What you must bring to this role:
2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally within manufacturing, tooling, machining, industrial distribution, or engineered products. Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience). Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing customer accounts in a consultative sales environment. Mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes (AutoCAD experience is an asset). Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing an autonomous territory. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is considered an asset. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario and Quebec, with occasional travel to Western Canada. Valid driver's license and passport. French language skills are considered an asset but are not required. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Only those who are qualified will be contacted.
