About the Role Techspirit Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow sales in CCTV, access control, alarm systems, Control4 home automation, smart security, networking, and related technology installation services. The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience in CCTV/security systems and/or Control4 home automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with residential and commercial clients. Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, property managers, and commercial clients. Promote CCTV, access control, alarm, Control4, home automation, networking, and AV solutions. Conduct client consultations and coordinate with the technical team for quotes and site assessments. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects. Meet monthly sales and business development targets. Required Qualifications Previous sales experience in CCTV/security systems, access control, alarm systems, or Control4 is required. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Experience with builders, contractors, designers, or commercial clients is an asset. Valid driver’s licence Compensation Base salary: $55,000 per year Commission and performance bonuses Expected on-target earnings: $80,000–$110,000+ per year
