Our client, a trusted supplier of fresh produce products, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence and build lasting relationships across Alberta's retail, grocery, hospitality, foodservice, and distribution sectors.

Behind every growing business is someone who makes it happen. ❞ 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and develop new business opportunities across Alberta. Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery stores, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and foodservice operators. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Conduct market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. 👤 REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in fresh produce, food distribution, grocery, agriculture, hospitality, or foodservice is preferred. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel across Alberta.
