The role of Technical Sales Representative develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume. They are responsible for driving the regional sales results and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be based in the Kamloops region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the territory. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and internal sales support. Track opportunities, forecasts, and activity using CRM tools. Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and training sessions to stay current on market trends and product innovations. Provide ongoing market feedback, competitive insights, and customer intelligence What you bring 2–5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in industrial, electrical, automation or related sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product solutions. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory Salary Range $60000 - $70000 / year base + Commission Our success depends on our people.
