About the role
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Physician Relations Representative (PRR). The PRR will be responsible for building and leveraging relationships with physicians through marketing initiatives and promoting the Company’s services to physicians and nurse practitioners across Canada. In managing relationships internally and externally, the incumbent will follow up with physician inquiries on call and in a timely manner with the goal of increasing patient referral and physician engagement with WELL Health Diagnostic Centres suites of businesses.

Reporting to: Sr. Physician Relations Manager
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Converse with a pipeline of physicians, nurse practitioners across provinces through outbound calls.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new referring physicians and their support staff to offer a quality experience.
- Recognize, convey, and promote telehealth businesses, including, but not limited to, MyDoctorNow and CardiologyNow. Articulate our competitive advantage to encourage both patients and physicians to utilize our services.
- Resolve physician concerns immediately and effectively.
- Bridge the connection between the referring physician and our specialists in the event that questions arise.
- Collaborate with the clinic staff to achieve optimal patient care.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of MyHealth’s offering and value proposition.
- Manage and build an effective pipeline of physicians throughout various provinces.
- Track activity and report results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses with the purpose of increasing referring volumes in Salesforce.
- Interact and communicate collaboratively within the physician relations team and other leaders/ staff throughout the organization, as appropriate, to provide a quality customer experience.
- Work closely with Clinic Leaders, Regional Leaders, and other teams to help manage and resolve issues and seize opportunities, proactively make recommendations and relay feedback to the management.
- Understand the competitive market, including patient demographics, dynamics of physician relationships locally, hospital groups, etc.
Patient & Physician Experience:
- Ensure patients are supported in preparation of their medical appointments via knowledge sharing to the referring offices, as applicable.
- Accurately and efficiently answer customer questions with complete knowledge of the features and benefits of MyHealth’s services.
- Collaborate with peers in other territories to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
- Achieve overall performance goals of the organization.
- Support other lines of business as call volume dictates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of COLD calling experience
- Previous customer service experience/ sales experience is an asset.
- Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Salesforce.com is an asset.
- Track record of initiative-taking and creativity in tackling sales and marketing challenges.

This role is for an existing vacancy. The expected hiring range for this role is from $45,000 - $,50,000 per annum. Final compensation is determined based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience level, and internal equity. Candidates with significantly more experience may be considered at a higher level with adjusted compensation for certain roles.
