About the role
This role owns and scales Bells of Steel’s marketplace revenue engine. The primary focus is driving profitable growth on Amazon (domestic and international), while building and scaling early-stage channels including TikTok Shop and Costco.

What you'll own
1. Amazon Growth & Profitability (Primary Focus)
You own Amazon as a revenue and profit center. Drive 15–30% YoY growth, improve contribution margin, and optimize performance across all countries.
You are responsible for:
- Listing performance (SEO, conversion, content, image optimization)
- Advertising efficiency (ROAS, ACoS)
- Catalog and account health (Seller Central / Vendor Central)
- Product launches and ranking
- Buy Box performance
- Category positioning
2. Performance Marketing & Optimization
You ensure every dollar spent produces a return, overseeing your internal team, contractors, or agencies.
- Own PPC strategy and structure
- Optimize campaigns, bids, and budgets
- Improve organic vs. paid sales mix
- Continuously increase conversion rates
- Keyword harvesting and expansion
3. Promotional Planning
You own the marketplace promotional calendar and execution.
- Prime Day and seasonal events
- Lightning Deals
- Coupons and promotional offers
- Promotional calendar planning and cross-team coordination
4. Inventory & Operational Alignment
You ensure growth is supported operationally, working with our supply chain team.
- Maintain strong in-stock rates
- Improve demand forecasting
- Prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Align with Operations and Supply Chain
5. Channel Scaling & Emerging Channels
You take early-stage channels and turn them into scalable revenue streams. You also evaluate new marketplace and social commerce opportunities.
- Build and execute scaling plans for TikTok Shop and Costco
- Identify what’s working and double down
- Evaluate new channel opportunities (new marketplaces, social commerce)
- Establish repeatable growth playbooks
- Hire internally, agency, or freelancer as needed
6. Team & Vendor Management
You build and lead the team required to scale.
- Manage and develop the Amazon Specialist
- Own agency relationships and performance
- Hire and manage freelancers or additional partners as needed
You are accountable for output—not activity.
7. Process & System Development
You create the infrastructure for scale.
- Build repeatable marketplace processes
- Create channel launch playbooks
- Develop reporting dashboards
- Improve cross-functional workflows
- Document and standardize what works

- You are already familiar with using Claude Cowork or are eager to start building with it — Claude Cowork and Code is an essential tool at Bells of Steel
The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 85,000 CAD per year(Remote)
