As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales activities within an assigned territory and customer base, achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives, supporting distribution channels, and developing strategic business relationships. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, maximize relationships with retail and wholesale partners, communicate brand value, and execute effective sales strategies while maintaining targeted profit margins.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals and objectives, developing and managing new business accounts, conducting sales forecasts and status reporting, attending trade shows, delivering technical presentations, supporting account receivable collections in partnership with internal teams, and building long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will also be expected to promote and maintain a strong culture of workplace health and safety by adhering to company policies and applicable legislation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, strong presentation and communication skills, demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, and a results-oriented mindset. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
