The ideal candidate has a customer service background and the ability to learn quickly and work with complex systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with incoming as well as follow up outbound Phone Calls and emails to/from customers Trouble shooting client issues related to due dates, reports, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc. Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program Create /send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quote QualificationsRequirements: High school degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred, but not required Authorization to work in Canada indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Two years work experience required Experience with high volume customer service Ability to interface with clients and foster current and new relationships Must have excellent phone etiquette Science knowledge/background is a plus but not required Must be able to prioritize work assignments and work in fast paced setting Must be proficient in computer systems for Client Relationship Management Databases (CRM) and Shopping Cart Order Systems Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task Hours: Position is full time, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Calgary, AB are encouraged to apply EMSL offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible spending account.
