THE JOB

We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who's looking to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization.

The Marketing Specialist, manages B2B brand campaigns including digital campaign strategy using Microsoft D365 and marketing automation tools. This role leverages customer data to create scalable programs that enhance engagement and drive revenue. It aligns event, advertising and digital strategies with business goals and collaborates across teams to deliver impactful lead generation campaigns, brand awareness for the Talent Solutions audience and dynamic customer journeys. Success is measured by data-informed strategies that achieve conversions in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of an integrated marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering timely, impactful marketing plan for MHS’ products with a focus on the Talent market. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans in support of the overall divisional strategic plan. Possessing advanced written and verbal communication skills, you’ll work collaboratively with Creative Content Marketing, Digital, R&D, Product and Solutions, Business Development, UX and other cross functional teams to deliver on objectives.

Focus areas: Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing

Core Qualifications: Oversee setup, scheduling, and deployment of B2B digital campaigns using D365 PPC campaigns, email journeys with accountability for meeting KPI’s Actively contribute to the successful execution of webinar calendar deliverables that support the portfolio manage, budget for, and execute omni-channel marketing plan and campaigns based on the customer journey Utilize data insights to refine campaigns and execute A/B tests for effectiveness. Work with sales, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with company objectives Collaborate with broader marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation on all communications Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure activities support qualified lead generation process and goals Develop annual marketing plans, product launch plans based on customer trends and economic landscape to build workflows and segmentation to personalize B2B customer experiences. Be familiar with the customer-centric journey approach and an understanding of how to prioritize and problem-solve Maintain compliance and provide training on marketing automation best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING Ideally you are a self-starter who is highly organized and can deliver against tight timelines. You thrive when working on multiple projects using your analytical skills to deliver results. Your advanced written and verbal communication skills will be used to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups and deliver excellent presentations.

In addition, you bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years in B2B digital marketing, brand marketing and marketing automation; experience with D365 preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills Autonomous self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure; able to manage and deliver against tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Results driven; highly organized with a strong deadline and detail orientation Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools an asset Strong knowledge of MS-Office programs (e.g. Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) essential Flexible work arrangements with alignment to Eastern Standard Time. Occasional travel may be required. Certifications in marketing automation or CRM platforms are advantageous.

Salary: $66,000 - $85,000
