Territory Manager Dealers

About the role

Objective: The Territory Manager (Dealer Sales), will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction within either British Columbia (Lower Mainland) or Alberta, less Southern Corner Region. Territory will be determined based on experience and physical location

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager, Dealer Sales Western Canada

Direct Reports: None

Location: British Columbia or Alberta

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the territory to generate leads,growand expand dealer base, increase sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, attend meetings andattend toother general office tasks.
  • Stay up to date on company products and market trends to remain knowledgeabletonew and existing accounts.
  • Work with management to set sales targets and be accountable for sales growth in the region.
  • Provide reports on sales, targets, and prospects as requested.
  • Maintain regular contact with key accounts and customers to sustain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Networking andparticipation in training events and other industry related functions asrequired.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements.
  • Utilize continuous improvement tools to enhanceefficiencies.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to details.

  • Class 5 driver’s license with clean record.

  • Personable& trustworthy.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & OneNote.

  • Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and usean asset.

Education and/or Training:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • Kitchen design experience and knowledge of the construction industry
  • 20/20 Design software experience
  • Knowledge of Superior Cabinets’ sales and ordering process and product offeringswill be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of computers and desktop applications.
