La Viral Studio is a product-focused AI startup studio building and scaling AI-native consumer apps. We operate a portfolio of four mobile applications used by 2M+ users worldwide, with products achieving viral distribution across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

Our flagship product, Flashloop AI, enables creators and everyday users to generate high-performing AI video content in seconds. In under six months, Flashloop scaled from $0 to $2M ARR, positioning La Viral Studio among the fastest-growing AI startups in Canada.

We build with a small, high-output team and prioritize distribution, speed, and leverage. Our long-term goal is to build a $100M+ ARR company with a team of <40.

About the Role

This is a sales-led partnerships role with full ownership over outcomes.

As Influencer Partnerships & Sales Manager, you will build and scale a portfolio of creators who drive performance across our products. You control results through creator selection, deal structure, and volume of content shipped.

This role is not focused on inbound management. It is outbound-driven and performance-oriented.

ResponsibilitiesSource, pitch, negotiate, and close AI creators into paid and performance-based partnerships Run outbound outreach via DMs and email to recruit UGC influencers and creators Own creator performance end-to-end, including scaling high performers and replacing underperformers Manage a portfolio of creators to consistently grow monthly converting impressions Coordinate post-close execution to ensure content is delivered and campaigns launch on time

Approximately 60–70% of the role is outbound outreach, negotiation, and closing.

Performance & Compensation

-$60K base + $60K variable = $120K OTE (capped at $150K)

Variable compensation is tied to monthly converting impressions generated by creators you recruit and activate. Target: 60M converting impressions per month = $60K variable Performance is measured and paid monthly Strong performers consistently reach or exceed OTE

Qualifications

Experience in sales, partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator ecosystems Comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and negotiation Strong understanding of creator distribution and performance dynamics Ability to work autonomously and move quickly in an early-stage environment Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Clay, and social analytics platforms is a plus
