About the role

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Outbound Sales Representative for our textile business. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of outbound sales experience, a proven track record in the Canadian market, and the ability to generate new business through proactive client outreach. Candidates with experience in home textiles, bedding products, linens, or the broader textile industry will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Canadian market. Present products effectively, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment. Stay updated on market trends and customer needs within the textile and home furnishings sector. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in outbound sales or business development. Proven experience working with or selling to clients in the Canadian market is required. Relevant experience in home textiles, bedding products, linens, or the textile industry is strongly preferred, as this position is with a textile company. MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
