Your seat to fill:
Ensure flawless execution with retail partners through effective sales support, product listings, pricing management, promotional coordination, and account management. Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards, analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities, and provide monthly insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup, A+ content implementation, pricing coordination, and other listing requirements. Coordinate promotional planning and execution, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams, while evaluating promotional ROI to support future initiatives. Support the onboarding of new retail partners and manage evolving customer requirements, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other operational processes. Conduct store visits to ensure strong in-store execution, deliver staff training, support events, and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Own relationships with assigned independent specialty retail accounts, including sales budget delivery, forecasting, buyer engagement, and retail partner management.

University degree required; a Business-related degree is preferred. 0–2 years of professional experience, with internship experience considered a strong asset. Previous experience within a consumer goods or retail environment is preferred, ideally in a customer-facing capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, along with a strong aptitude for digital systems and technology.
