Position Summary The National Sales Manager leads Alastin's Canadian sales organization for medical-grade, physician-dispensed skincare products. This role is responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing the field sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics. The National Sales Manager ensures alignment between sales execution, brand strategy, and overall market growth objectives. The base salary range for this position is 112,000 - 135000 CAD. Essential Functions Develop and implement national sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and brand presence within the HCP channel. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve objectives. Recruit, train, and manage the field sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to drive results and professional development. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics. Support reps in high-value HCP interactions, product presentations, and clinical education. Ensure the field team delivers consistent, compliant, and brand-aligned messaging. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to executive leadership. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. Recommend initiatives to optimize sales productivity and HCP engagement. Ensure that customer and/or patient concerns and inquiries are handled in accordance with company standards by adhering to internal procedures, and collaborating with respective stakeholders including quality, pharmacovigilance, customer service, medical affairs and regulatory affairs. Collaborate across business units to execute integrated dermatology strategies that align with organizational objectives and leverage synergies. Demonstrate honesty and integrity, and model behaviors consistent with Galderma's Four Commitments, company standards and policies. Demonstrate agility and adaptability in learning new technologies and business processes. Perform other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support departmental and organizational objectives. Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of sales leadership experience in physician-dispensed, medical-grade skincare, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical sales. Proven experience managing field sales teams and driving national sales growth. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
