Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our technology solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing account management support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing market conditions and customer needs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
