Job Summary
Levitt-Safety is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to manage existing accounts, generate new business, and close sales within the Moncton region. If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and working in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.
You’ll partner closely with Field Sales and Customer Service, use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, and position Levitt-Safety as a trusted, full-service safety solutions provider.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strong customer relationships by understanding client challenges, processes, and business goals
- Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling solutions that help customers keep their teams safe
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and close business
- Deliver a high-quality lead qualification experience from first contact to close
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless sales cycle
- Use Salesforce daily to track calls, leads, opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and bids to position Levitt-Safety ahead of competitors
- Support inventory optimization through Buyer Alerts and collaboration with Operations
- Occasionally participate in customer events, trade shows, training sessions, and team activities
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of inside sales or lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in Fire, Safety, or similar, or technical sales is an asset
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, inventory tools)
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone presence
- A passion for sales, relationship-building, and achieving targets
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
