Urschel Canada, based in Vaughan, provides local sales, service, parts inventory, and testing to support Canadian food processors.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Highlights of the current opening:</strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>Sales & Office Administrator</p><p>Location: Vaughan, ON</p><p>Type: Full-Time, Permanent (3-Month Probation)</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>The Role</strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>We are seeking a highly organized Sales & Office Administrator to support daily sales operations and office coordination. This role is central to maintaining responsiveness with customers and improving internal efficiency.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Act as first point of contact: answer phones and manage shared inbox</li><li>Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM records</li><li>Coordinate customer follow-ups and internal communication</li><li>AP/AR data entry such as Invoice uploads (Coupa, Ariba/SAP, Tungsten, etc)</li><li>CRM entry & maintenance</li><li>Develop and maintain templates</li><li>Communicate machine orders tracking & confirmations</li><li>Leads tracking and follow up</li><li>Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Director</li><li>Refine & maintain filing systems and documentation</li><li>Analyze and organize data in Excel to support reporting</li><li>Identify and implement office process improvements</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></strong></p><ul><li>An independent, customer-oriented person that is always striving to improve and find a better way to implement smart solutions to serve the customer and your colleagues.</li><li>5+ years experience in administration, inside sales, or coordination</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Advanced proficiency in PPT, Word, Sharepoint, Excel (data handling and reporting), Power BI, AI analytics</li><li>Strong communication skills and you are proficient in English (written and spoken) is a pre-requisite.
