We?re looking for driven, self-assured, and customer-oriented professionals who are ready to represent cutting-edge telecom solutions within their local communities.
As a Rogers Sales Associate, you?ll serve as the frontline ambassador for industry-leading technology, introducing residential customers to essential home internet, cable, and wireless services. The Rogers Sales Associate is a results-focused role where your performance directly influences your earnings and advancement. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver value-driven solutions will determine your success.
Rogers Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person sales presentations to residential customers, highlighting Rogers? internet, cable, and wireless offerings.
- Initiate conversations, establish credibility, and foster trust through transparent and consultative communication.
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their usage and budget.
- Confidently negotiate and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Stay current on Rogers promotions, service enhancements, and competitive positioning.
- Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and completed transactions for reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to exchange insights, refine outreach strategies, and achieve shared performance goals.
- Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to continuously sharpen your sales skills.
Rogers Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
