What You’ll Do:

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership
• Handle walk-ins, phone, and digital leads
• Work the full sales cycle from needs analysis to delivery
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up for maximum conversion
• Build repeat and referral business

What You Bring:

• Valid OMVIC License & Driver’s License
• 3+ years of proven sales success (automotive preferred)
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
• Ability to self-manage in a performance-driven environment
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital leads

Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission position
