About the role
Role Details: We're hiring a Digital Asset Manager to own the digital asset pipeline that powers menu board experiences across our QSR client portfolio. You'll work inside our custom CMS to configure content, map POS pricing, manage LTO campaigns, and handle light asset retouching in Adobe Creative Suite. This role is built for someone organized, self-directed, and ready for real ownership in a startup!
Responsibilities Digital asset management for menu boards, not social media content Marketing teams provide background assets (photos/videos) Role involves understanding POS price mapping and building variations Managing LTOs (Limited Time Offers) and campaign assets Using custom CMS for digital menu board configuration Some Adobe skills needed for last-minute asset retouching
Ideal Candidate Background 1–2 years in digital content management, marketing operations, or a related field — strong junior candidates encouraged Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once Clear communicator who can work independently and manage client expectations without hand-holding Familiarity with CMS or DAM tools is a plus Project management skills and organization Client interaction and communication abilities Ability to work independently without micromanagement
