We are hiring for an existent vacancy, seeking a passionate and engaging Account Manager, Retail to join our growing team. This role focuses on growing and maintaining current lines of business, establishing a strong, long-term relationship with high-level clients and expanding business with existing retail partners.

Location: On-Site | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON Type: Full-Time | Salary + Bonus + Group Insurance Benefits + Paid Time Off Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $108,000

Job Requirements:

BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field 5+ proven work experience in sales or account management role Solid background in dealing with regional, national or key retail accounts with proven success in sales targets achievement Excellent listening skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in leading presentations and negotiations Ability to build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Advanced problem-solving capabilities to identify issues within accounts and formulate effective solutions swiftly Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, for managing client interactions, tracking sales opportunities, and analyzing customer behavior Understanding of sales performance metrics Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and plans Ability to work well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines without compromising the quality of work Experience with data analysis and forecasting, and understanding market trends is highly desirable Experience in the networking/ network systems industry, Security Camera/ Smart Home is beneficial Eligibility to work in Canada

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key national accounts Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts in collaboration with retail partners Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Develop relationships with key stakeholders and act as the point of contact for national clients Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories and sectors Manage, nurture and grow TP-Link’s national accounts portfolio Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Regularly review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Monitor competition within assigned region and ensure our products and services consistently meet customer needs Provide expert customer insight to product, marketing and sales teams Occasional provincial/ interprovincial travel may be required
