Senior Quotations Specialist – Contractor Division

We are currently seeking to fill the above-mentioned position for our Head Office in Toronto. This is a full-time position (40 hrs / week). The individual who is selected to fill the position will report to the Regional Manager in our Toronto Office.

The Senior Quotations Specialist will be responsible for preparing quotes for this business sector. The incumbent will provide support for established or prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, with a view to earning their business and loyalty.

Main responsibilities for this position:

•    Prepare and follow up on quotes in a timely and efficient manner;

•    Respond to queries and provide technical documentation or information;

•    Requote for Customers when required

•    Negotiate prices when necessary, based on pre-established scales;

•    Maintain and promote good relationships with client partners in order to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;

•    Solve customers’ problems in a timely manner

•    Participate in team meetings;

•    Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improving processes.

Main requirements for this position:

•    4 years of experience in a similar position;

•    Sales skills;

•    Interpersonal skills;

•    Sense of urgency;

•    Computer skills (MS Office);

•    Knowledge of electrical products is an asset.
