About the role
Founding GTM Engineer Levanta Labs is an AI, data engineering, and software development partner for high-growth B2B companies. We design, build, and deploy custom software systems, AI workflows, internal tools, infrastructure, and data platforms that drive measurable operational and financial impact.
You'll be the person responsible for owning Levanta’s full top-of-funnel engine end to end. You’ll manage the systems, campaigns, content, ads, assets, lists, messaging, and follow-up required to consistently fill our calendar with qualified sales calls. This means owning cold outbound from research and list building all the way to booked intro calls, while also driving paid ads, content execution, and the creation of marketing and sales assets that support pipeline.
This role exists to turn Levanta’s positioning, offers, and proof into actual pipeline. We have strong technical delivery, strong client outcomes, and a clear market opportunity. Your job is to make sure the right buyers hear from us, understand the value, and get into conversations with our sales team. The governing principle: volume matters, but results matter more. You can use AI, automation, and tools to move faster, but you can never outsource judgment, quality, or ownership.
This is a remote-first role. We care far more about ownership, speed, and execution than a specific title or background. From finding the right accounts, to launching campaigns, to testing angles, to creating assets, to booking qualified calls, owning that arc is the work that excites us every single day.
Roles & Responsibilities Own Levanta’s full top-of-funnel engine across cold outbound, paid ads, content, marketing assets, sales assets, CRM workflows, and campaign tracking Own cold outbound end to end, from ICP research, account selection, list building, enrichment, messaging, campaign launch, follow-up, qualification, and booked intro calls Build, enrich, and maintain high-quality lead lists across Levanta’s priority ICPs and target accounts Research companies, prospects, and buying triggers to identify relevant pains, initiatives, and personalization angles Write, test, and iterate cold email and LinkedIn campaigns that are concise, specific, and outcome-driven Manage outbound execution, including sequencing, inbox rotation, replies, follow-ups, booking, and performance tracking Run LinkedIn outbound through Sales Navigator, connection requests, DMs, follow-ups, and prospect engagement Own paid acquisition execution across channels like LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other relevant B2B paid channels Support content execution by turning founder/company ideas into posts, emails, nurture assets, outbound angles, and campaign material Create and improve marketing and sales assets, including one-pagers, landing page copy, lead magnets, case studies, email sequences, ads, and sales enablement material Use AI aggressively across research, personalization, copywriting, creative production, reporting, automation, and GTM workflows Book qualified intro calls for the sales team and ensure each call has clear context, notes, and next steps Keep the CRM clean, current, and trusted across leads, replies, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline activity Track weekly performance across channels, ICPs, offers, messages, positive replies, booked calls, held calls, and pipeline contribution Turn winning campaigns into reusable playbooks, templates, SOPs, lists, assets, and GTM systems Own the full arc of top-of-funnel execution: research → list build → message → launch → follow-up → qualify → book → analyze → optimize
What You Offer (Requirements) A track record of owning outbound, lead generation, growth, sales, marketing, or pipeline creation work without needing to be micromanaged. Strong written communication. You can write cold emails, LinkedIn messages, ad copy, landing page copy, and follow-ups that sound human, direct, relevant, and not AI-generated. Strong research ability. You can quickly understand a company, identify likely pain points, and turn that into a compelling outreach or campaign angle. Comfort owning outbound sales, rejection, follow-up, prospect communication, and qualified call booking. Strong judgment around lead quality. You understand that a booked call only matters if the prospect is actually a fit. A real bias for action. You move fast, launch quickly, test constantly, and do not wait to be told every next step. Operational discipline. You keep campaigns organized, follow-ups tight, assets documented, and CRM data clean. A systems mindset. You naturally look for ways to automate, improve, document, and scale what works. Genuinely cracked with AI. You know how to use AI tools to move faster, produce better work, research deeper, create assets, personalize outreach, analyze performance, and build GTM workflows without becoming lazy, vague, or generic. High ownership, high urgency, and high accountability. Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, founder-led environment.
Nice to Have Experience as an SDR, BDR, GTM engineer, B2B growth marketer, RevOps associate, content marketer, paid media operator, or founder/operator Experience running or supporting cold email campaigns at meaningful volume Experience with LinkedIn outbound, Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, Close, or similar tools Experience with LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, paid social, or B2B lead generation campaigns Experience building GTM automations using Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, or AI agents Experience creating marketing or sales assets such as one-pagers, landing pages, lead magnets, case studies, decks, or nurture sequences Experience marketing or selling AI, software development, data engineering, SaaS, consulting, or B2B transformation offers Basic understanding of ICP segmentation, lead scoring, deliverability, conversion rates, paid acquisition, and sales pipeline metrics Business, marketing, sales, economics, or technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
