If you're a licensed mortgage agent tired of relying on friends, family, cold outreach, or inconsistent lead sources — this role is built for you. At Advance Mortgages, we hand you warm inbound leads daily, back you with a hands-on fulfillment team, and coach you weekly — so all you have to focus on is closing funded deals and scaling your income.

What you'll do: Work warm inbound leads + daily follow-up (inside sales, no cold calling) Run client consultations, qualify, and recommend financing solutions Present options across prime, alternative, and private lending Move files from intake → submission → funding, with our internal team supporting you every step Manage your pipeline inside our CRM/workflow system

Our 6-Figure Framework: Warm inbound lead flow (marketing-driven) Sales scripting + objection handling support Weekly coaching + performance accountability Deal structuring support across multiple lending tiers Full fulfillment support — docs, conditions, lender coordination, compliance

Base Pay Unlock (Consistency Reward): Hit 3 funded deals/month and base pay unlocks on top of commission. Base scales up again at 4 deals/month and continues climbing with funded volume.

Who we're looking for: ✅ FSRA Licensed Mortgage Agent (required) ✅ Strong communicator — phone confidence is key ✅ Coachable, accountable, sales-driven ✅ Able to work in-office, full-time Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM

Compensation: $75,000–$220,000/year (100% commission + bonuses; performance-based, varies by individual production)
