Taking ownership of due diligence tracking, deal pipeline management, and the coordination of transaction workflows and investment memorandums to ensure critical milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.

Drafting persuasive advocacy and legal agreements and other supporting documentation for review by senior team members.

Supporting a high level of financial controls and oversee partnership reporting requirements.

Applying strong analytical skills and sound judgment to deliver clear, well-supported recommendations to senior leadership.

The role demands an extremely high level of commitment and flexibility, offering in return a uniquely engaging experience and an accelerated professional growth trajectory.
