B2B Sales Representative – Industrial Cleaning Robotics About the Role Our client is a distributor of industrial autonomous cleaning robots currently deployed in major facilities such as Pearson Airport. They are seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building across commercial and industrial sectors. This is a hunter-style role focused on net-new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking Book and conduct product demos (virtual and in-person) Build and manage a qualified pipeline Identify decision-makers (Facilities Managers, Operations Directors, Procurement) Prepare proposals and pricing packages Negotiate and close deals Maintain CRM and activity tracking Attend trade shows or industry events (as required)
Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years B2B sales experience (capital equipment, tech, facilities, or industrial preferred) Proven hunter mentality with cold-calling success Comfortable selling $50K–$250K+ solutions Strong presentation and negotiation skills Experience selling to facility managers or operations teams is a major asset Self-motivated and performance-driven
Pay Structure Recoverable Draw – Initial Protection Period Month 1–3 Monthly Draw - $4,000 CAD / month
Duration - First 3 months Total Advance - $12,000 CAD
Annual Sales Volume Commission Rate First 80 units 10% 81 – 150 units 12% 150+ units 15%
