About the role

Our client is seeking a highly driven and commercially savvy Enterprise Cloud Sales Manager to lead the growth of its cloud solutions business by acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving the adoption of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise technology sales, strong knowledge of cloud computing solutions, and the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders to deliver value-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions that meet clients' digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for cloud solutions and managed services. Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across key industries, including financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and the public sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients through cross-selling and upselling. Enterprise Sales Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure. Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, Procurement teams, and C-suite executives. Understand clients' business challenges and recommend cloud solutions that align with their digital transformation goals. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial quotations. Lead contract negotiations while ensuring profitable and sustainable business outcomes.

Cloud Solution Selling Promote and sell enterprise cloud solutions, including: Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS) Platform as a Service (PaaS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Hybrid Cloud Solutions Multi-Cloud Environments Cloud Migration Services Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) Backup and Business Continuity Solutions Cloud Security Solutions Managed Cloud Services Microsoft Azure Solutions Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Client Relationship Management Develop long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Serve as the primary commercial contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration Work closely with Solution Architects, Cloud Engineers, Pre-Sales Consultants, and Delivery teams to develop tailored cloud solutions. Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Collaborate with cloud technology vendors to drive joint sales opportunities and partner initiatives.

Market Intelligence Stay informed on cloud technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase market share. Provide customer insights that contribute to service enhancements and product development.

Sales Reporting Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records within the CRM platform. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports. Forecast revenue accurately and provide updates to management. Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales performance.

Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Experience Minimum of 5–8 years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud solutions or digital transformation services. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets. Experience selling complex technology solutions to large organizations. Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value contracts.
