Inside Technical Sales Support, Position Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite About Us We are a leading supplier of heat transfer, steam systems, and fluid-handling solutions serving HVAC, Construction, Municipal, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors. Position Summary The Technical Inside Sales Support role involves preparing technical quotations, assisting sales teams, communicating with customers/vendors, and supporting product selections for heat exchangers, steam equipment, and hygienic fluid-handling products. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical quotations, sales orders and confirmations.
• Support outside sales and growth and develop your own accounts
• Follow up with customers and manage some existing accounts.
• Select/design heat exchangers, steam equipment, sanitary pumps, valves using selection tools.
• Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting.
• Track projects and deliveries; expedite when needed.
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate customer/supplier records.
• Contact leads and existing customers to discuss requirements.
• Support business development and improve sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong technical aptitude in mechanical or chemical processes
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate. Preferred:
• Background in Mechanical /HVAC/Industrial Systems.
• Some Experience in technical sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with heat exchangers, steam systems, pumps, valves.
