Role Description

We are seeking an Independent B2B Sales Partners to help expand the reach of the PROFIT10™ framework among established business owners, coaches, consultants, advisors, fractional executives, accountants, and professional service firms.

This is a remote, performance-based partner opportunity suited for someone who is comfortable selling strategic business value, not just products or features.

The sales partner will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating conversations, conducting discovery calls, presenting the PROFIT10™ opportunity, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

This role may include selling PROFIT10™ diagnostic solutions directly to business owners, as well as developing channel relationships with coaches, consultants, advisors, and other professionals who serve established businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify B2B prospects in the coaching, consulting, advisory, fractional executive, accounting, and business-owner markets
  • Conduct discovery conversations with business owners and advisory professionals
  • Present the PROFIT10™ framework, diagnostic process, and partner opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop and nurture channel partner relationships
  • Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales cycle
  • Track activity, opportunities, and results using CRM or agreed-upon reporting tools
  • Provide feedback on market response, objections, pricing, messaging, and sales materials
  • Represent the PROFIT10™ brand professionally and consultatively

Ideal Candidate

This opportunity is best suited for someone with experience selling to business owners, consultants, coaches, advisors, fractional executives, accountants, or professional service firms.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can explain business value clearly, build trust with decision-makers, and manage a consultative sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, coaching, or advisory services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct professional discovery calls and business conversations
  • Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales
  • Comfortable selling business value, strategy, performance improvement, or advisory solutions
  • Experience with channel partners, referral partners, or strategic alliances is an asset
  • Familiarity with business advisory, consulting, diagnostics, performance improvement, or professional services is highly beneficial
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience using CRM tools or basic sales tracking systems
  • Existing network in coaching, consulting, advisory, accounting, fractional leadership, or small business markets is preferred

Compensation

This is a performance-based independent sales partner opportunity with attractive first-sale and recurring revenue potential.

Compensation may include commissions on direct sales, partner onboarding, diagnostic/report sales, and recurring partner revenue, depending on the type of opportunity generated and closed.

Commission structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
