Responsibilities: Assist sales team members with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases. Prepare Sales Orders and Quotes. Manage and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and purchase orders. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for sales representatives as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations. Track sales leads and opportunities in CRM software, ensuring all information is up to date. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets. Facilitate communication between the sales department and other departments such as finance and operations. Communicate effectively with external partners, vendors, and customers to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives. Act as a resource for the sales team, offering support and guidance to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets. Works with Operations to purchase required materials for jobs and creates job work orders when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
