The Role
As our company continues to expand, we're thrilled to offer a full-time position for a Key Account Manager. We're seeking an individual eager to contribute to our business's ongoing success. Join our vibrant maintenance team and assist in providing exceptional trade experience & customer service to our growing client base. This role promises diversity and opportunities for skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage several key accounts, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Establishing the required performance standards and work quality in conjunction with the service supervisors.
- Able to autonomously manage a team, set and review KPIs
- Reinforce that all standards are met regarding customer service provided by the team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address field issues promptly and implement appropriate solutions.
- Identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives.
- An ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
- Be a proactive thinker, and ability to work within a team to achieve results.
To excel in this role, the selected candidate will need to have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of team account management experience within the Fire Services Industry
- Specific experience in account management within the fire protection/safety industry is essential
- New business development experience is required to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Strong managerial skills and experience with the ability to drive delivery from team
- Ability to work autonomously
- Uptick proficiency would be an advantage
