As a Mortgage Development Manager, you support clients through one of the most important milestones in their lives: their real estate projects. Active in your market, you focus primarily on developing business with clients outside the Bank by building strong partnerships with key players in the real estate industry and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Your role Identify clients’ needs and recommend the most appropriate mortgage strategies. Provide a holistic advisory approach by referring clients to the right specialists based on their needs (insurance, banking services, investments, etc.). Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers and/or builders. Develop and execute strategies (digital and in-person) to increase your visibility and presence in your market. Actively participate in business development activities and networking events. Apply processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Minimum of 2 years of business development experience, ideally within the financial services industry. Knowledge of financing products and services, as well as a basic understanding of related financial products and services (insurance, investments, banking services, etc.). Ability to take an end-to-end advisory approach to fully understand clients’ needs and financial objectives. Strong professional rigor, both from a technical standpoint and in delivering a high-quality client experience and follow-up.
