This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new store from the ground up. As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in building and developing a high-performing team, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales success. Working closely with your Regional Manager, you'll help shape the culture, energy, and performance of the store while bringing Urban Barn's values to life every day.

Our new store is set to open in early October. We’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Motivate your team to deliver the best customer experience
• Recruit and retain the best talent for your store location
• Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
• Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
• Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
• Grow and manage the business within your community, representing the brand in a professional manner

• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Sales Management
• Experience developing top sales teams and stretching individuals to their full potential
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate
• Ability to effectively communicate – provide and receive feedback in the moment
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
