Role Description The Key Account and Territory Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility across key retail and on-premise accounts. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with major customers, executing territory sales plans, and ensuring optimal product placement and promotional activity at retail and licensed locations. The Lead will regularly visit accounts, present product portfolios, negotiate listings and pricing, and collaborate on in-store marketing and merchandising initiatives. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, analyzing market data, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and production to align supply with demand. The role also includes representing Nickel Brook at industry events, tastings, and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support long-term partnerships. Qualifications Proven experience in account management and territory sales, ideally in beverage, consumer packaged goods, or a related industry. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform territory strategies and account plans. Solid organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, prioritize account visits, and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with buyers, store managers, and on-premise operators. Knowledge of the craft beer market, retail sales channels (e.g., LCBO, grocery, convenience), and on-premise dynamics is an asset. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and representing the brand at events and community engagements. Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within the territory, and ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
