Business Development Executive Prologic Systems Limited Location: Canada (Remote / Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview As part of Prologic Systems' and GSI International Consulting (PSL's sister company) growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development/Sales Representatives to play a key role in expanding both our federal government and private sector client base. This position is central to the company’s growth, responsible for developing new revenue streams, strengthening strategic relationships, and helping scale Prologic’s footprint across multiple markets. While federal government services remain a core focus, this role will also lead efforts to grow Prologic’s private sector business, including commercial, industrial, and enterprise clients requiring staffing and professional services. This is a relationship-driven role for a business development professional who wants to be a key contributor to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies across: Canadian federal government departments and agencies Private sector and commercial clients Build and expand relationships with Federal procurement and program stakeholders and Private sector decision-makers and business leaders Identify and qualify opportunities across Standing offers, supply arrangements, and federal RFPs, as well as Private sector staffing and professional services engagements Work closely with proposal, recruiting, and delivery teams to pursue and close opportunities Manage strategic partner and joint venture relationships Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets Represent Prologic at federal and private sector industry events Provide market intelligence on upcoming opportunities in both public and private sectors Contribute to overall go-to-market and growth strategy

Required Qualifications 5+ years of business development/sales experience Strong understanding of GoC procurement processes and vehicles Proven success developing and closing sales opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Professional, relationship-driven sales approach

Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into private sector markets in addition to federal government Experience in IT, engineering, or professional services staffing Experience selling through standing offers and supply arrangements
