Compensation: $90/hour

Vacant Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead high-value client relationships and oversee the strategic direction and execution of integrated marketing programs. This role is responsible for driving account growth, ensuring strong client satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned account leader with deep experience in managing complex client portfolios, guiding strategic marketing initiatives, and translating business objectives into effective, measurable campaigns. They are confident operating at both the strategic and executional level, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior lead for key client relationships, acting as the primary strategic advisor and escalation point. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to client business objectives, including brand, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels including digital, CRM, social, email, web, and offline. Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear priorities, and strong performance across all workstreams. Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, transparency, and proactive communication. Review campaign performance, identify insights, and present actionable recommendations to clients. Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple accounts and projects. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing leadership roles within agency or corporate environments. Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and senior-level client relationships. Strong background in integrated marketing, including digital, CRM, and multi-channel campaign execution. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
