Service Sales Representative – Equipment Service & Repair
Drive Service, Build Relationships, and Keep Lethbridge Running

Foothills Group is looking for a confident and outgoing Service Sales Representative to be the face of our service department in Lethbridge and surrounding areas.
This is not just another sales job—it’s a chance to be the connection between our trusted automotive and heavy equipment and truck repair team and the businesses that rely on us to keep their fleets rolling.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell Service & Repairs to fleet and independent companies across the region.
- Cold Call & Prospect new clients while maintaining lasting relationships with existing ones.
- Represent the Shop – Participate in marketing initiatives and act as the key liaison between our service department and our customers.
- Provide Updates – Keep customers informed of their repairs, timelines, and service progress.
- Handle Disputes Professionally – Work with service staff and clients to find win-win resolutions.
- Track & Report Sales Goals – Set ambitious targets and provide regular updates on progress.
- Champion the Foothills Culture – Bring a positive, driven attitude that fits into our hardworking, fun team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, service writing, or a mechanical/service background
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with cold calling, follow-ups, and closing service deals
- Initiative and Drive to grow the business like it was your own, protecting the interests of the company while creating win-win solutions for our customers.
- Proficiency in tracking goals, CRM tools, and reporting progress
- A customer-first attitude, focused on long-term partnerships
