Role Description

• Help clients find the right mortgage solutions and guide them through the financing process.
• Build relationships with clients, Realtors, and referral partners to grow your business.
• Work remotely with full access to CRM systems, lender portals, and administrative support.
• Receive ongoing one-on-one coaching, training, and marketing support to accelerate your success.
• Ideal for newly licensed Mortgage Agents or experienced agents seeking better support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Mortgage Agent Level 1 or Level 2 licence, or successful completion of the Mortgage Agent Qualification Course with licensing in progress.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing in Canada.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
• Sales, customer service, or mortgage experience is an asset but not required.
