Role Description The Podcast Producer is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the end to-end production of podcast content. This includes developing episode concepts, planning editorial calendars, and coordinating recording schedules with hosts, guests, and internal stakeholders. The Podcast Producer will manage audio recording and editing workflows, ensure high production quality, and optimize episodes for distribution across major podcast platforms. The role also involves researching topics and guests, writing show notes and promotional copy, collaborating on social and marketing assets, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategy. The successful candidate will maintain brand voice, uphold confidentiality standards, and contribute to a polished listener experience that aligns with Lyons Elite’s premium positioning.

Qualifications Podcast production skills, including audio recording, editing, mixing, and familiarity. Content development abilities, such as episode planning, scripting or outlining, show notes writing, and interview preparation. Knowledge of podcast distribution platforms, RSS feeds, and basic audio file optimization for streaming. Experience in digital marketing or social media promotion to help grow podcast audience and engagement. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, guests, and multiple episodes in production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging. Comfort working remotely, using collaboration tools, and operating autonomously while meeting deadlines. Prior experience in media, broadcasting, content creation, or audio storytelling. Understanding of confidentiality and discretion when working with high-profile or executive-level guests.
