🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) – North America 📍 Remote (Canada) | Hybrid for candidates within 40 km of Mississauga, ON
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities across North America. If you have experience selling IT consulting, SaaS, cloud, managed services, or digital transformation solutions and enjoy connecting with enterprise decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do: • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Engage CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and business executives • Qualify leads and book meetings for Senior Sales Executives • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to drive growth
What You'll Bring: ✔ 3+ years of Business Development, SDR, or Inside Sales experience ✔ Experience selling technology solutions or IT consulting services ✔ Strong communication and prospecting skills ✔ Experience with Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo ✔ Fluency in English (French is an asset)
