Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French/English) Location: Mississauga, ON (On-Site – 5 Days/Week) Compensation: $63,000 – $65,000 Base + Monthly Commission
About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join a growing and highly stable organization that is a recognized leader in the industrial cable and wire solutions industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and working in a collaborative team environment. As a key member of the Inside Sales team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting the full sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
What you will be doing? Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and deliver quotations, pricing, and product information Follow up on quotes and gather customer feedback Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately within the ERP/CRM system Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely product shipments Collaborate with global supply chain and international teams to support customer requirements Maintain accurate customer and order records Support lead generation and business development initiatives Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service Assist with purchasing and inventory-related activities as required
Must haves: Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management Experience with lead generation and customer relationship building Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using CRM systems Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work on-site in Mississauga
