We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven Regional Sales Manager ready to make a significant impact across the Asia-Pacific aerospace market and grow into a future leadership role.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You will play a key role in expanding DART Aerospace’s presence across Asia-Pacific markets, developing strategic customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the future of our international business.

You’ll operate in a highly visible role with direct influence on revenue growth, customer strategy, and market expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing Drive Regional Commercial Growth Lead commercial activities across assigned Asia-Pacific territories and key aerospace markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities with operators, distributors, OEMs, MROs, and government-related customers. Build long-term partnerships and expand DART’s market presence throughout the region. Own Customer Relationships Manage customer relationships from prospecting through contract execution and long-term account support. Conduct customer visits, regional business reviews, and market development activities. Act as the primary commercial interface for customers within the Asia-Pacific region. Support Strategic Business Development Contribute to regional sales strategy, market penetration plans, and long-term growth initiatives. Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and deal structuring while protecting margins and commercial objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional aerospace developments. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Coordinate internally to support forecasting, delivery alignment, and customer satisfaction. Lead Through Influence Operate with autonomy, accountability, and ownership. Contribute to strategic projects beyond day-to-day sales execution. Help elevate commercial processes and customer engagement standards globally.

What We’re Looking For Core Profile Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and results-driven mindset. Excellent relationship-builder capable of navigating international and multicultural business environments. Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communicator comfortable working across departments and global teams. Adaptable and culturally aware, with the ability to build trust across different regions and business practices. Required Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial operations where negotiation and relationship management were central. Experience managing international customers, distributors, or strategic accounts. Strong financial understanding including pricing, margins, forecasting, and commercial risk management. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Nice to Have Aerospace, aviation, defense, or technical manufacturing industry experience. Experience working within Asia-Pacific markets. Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Exposure to OEM, aftermarket, or MRO environments. Education Degree in Business, Aerospace, Engineering, International Business, Procurement, or related field preferred. Equivalent commercial experience will also be considered.
