About the role

OnX is seeking a Director, Strategic Growth to lead revenue expansion through new client acquisition, strategic account growth, market expansion, and high-value partnership opportunities. This leader will own pipeline strategy, executive client engagement, and cross-functional deal execution to accelerate sustainable business growth across our Canadian and North American markets. ▪ Develop and execute business development strategies to identify target markets, build qualified pipeline, and convert new client opportunities into revenue. ▪ Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with prospects, strategic clients, partners, and alliance stakeholders to create long-term growth opportunities. ▪ Lead end-to-end pursuit management for complex, high-value opportunities, including qualification, solution alignment, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close. ▪ Drive account expansion by identifying whitespace opportunities, shaping value propositions, and positioning solutions aligned to client business priorities. ▪ Partner with Solution Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to develop client-specific offerings, pricing approaches, and go-to-market execution plans. ▪ Lead, coach, and mentor business development teams on consultative selling, pipeline discipline, relationship management, value articulation, and deal governance.

What We're Looking For ▪ 18 to 20 years of overall professional experience, including 10 or more years in business development, enterprise sales, strategic growth, or a related client-facing leadership role. ▪ Proven success driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships. ▪ Strong executive presence with experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders, partners, and alliance leaders. ▪ Demonstrated ability to lead complex pursuits, negotiate high-value deals, and guide opportunities from qualification through closure. ▪ Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, delivery, finance, marketing, product, and solution teams to develop client-focused solutions . Preferred Skills and Competencies

Enterprise sales strategy, pipeline development and management, market intelligence, negotiation, proposal strategy, value articulation, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and team leadership.

Education and Certification

▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required. ▪ MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. ▪ Relevant sales, business development, or industry certifications are a plus.

125- 159k base salary not including commission
