Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy BDR & GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage our outbound appointment-setting funnel. In this role, the founder will provide you with high-quality, pre-vetted lead lists directly from Apollo.io (including direct LinkedIn URLs).

Your primary focus is to take this data, initiate high-converting conversations on LinkedIn, and manage the entire lead lifecycle and booking system seamlessly inside our GHL platform. We are looking for someone who doesn't just send messages, but genuinely understands how to manage a CRM pipeline and build real rapport with business owners.

Key Responsibilities CRM & Pipeline Management: Own the GoHighLevel (GHL) architecture for our sales team. You will be responsible for creating opportunities, applying precise tags based on industry niches, updating lead stages, and ensuring data hygiene.

LinkedIn Outreach & Social Selling: Execute personalized, non-spammy outreach campaigns to the decision-makers provided in our targeted lists.

Conversation Management: Monitor and reply to interactions in both LinkedIn and the GHL Conversations tab, guiding prospects through the interest funnel.

Appointment Setting: Address initial questions, overcome objections, and schedule qualified product demos directly onto our GHL calendar.

Multi-Channel Follow-up: Track unresponsive leads and implement strategic touchpoints via LinkedIn or email sequences inside GHL.

Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL): Practical, daily experience navigating GHL (specifically Contacts, Conversations, Pipelines, and Calendars) is highly preferred for this role.

Outbound Sales Background: 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or Appointment Setter in a B2B SaaS environment.

LinkedIn Mastery: Comfortable with professional outreach and social selling etiquette.

Exceptional Written English: Ability to communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally with business owners, practice managers, and partners in the US/UK markets.

Self-Motivated & Organized: Capable of working independently, tracking daily metrics, and maintaining a structured workflow.
