About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Key Account Executive based in Canada. This role focuses on driving enterprise growth across some of the world’s most complex engineering organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in large-scale industrial and technical environments. You will be responsible for managing and closing high-value enterprise deals while building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts across Europe. The role combines consultative selling, strategic account planning, and complex deal execution in a highly technical SaaS environment. You will engage with engineering leaders, procurement teams, and executive decision-makers to deeply understand business challenges and position solutions that accelerate product development cycles. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams, you will help shape both revenue outcomes and customer success. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your ability to navigate complex organizations directly influences enterprise growth and customer expansion. \n

Accountabilities You will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and executing complex, high-value sales cycles. Own and execute enterprise sales strategies across large global accounts, focusing on long-term revenue growth Manage and close complex deals ranging from 200K to 2M+ USD within multi-stakeholder enterprise environments Conduct in-depth discovery with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders to identify pain points and business needs Develop consultative, value-based solutions that improve engineering workflows and reduce time-to-market Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across key enterprise accounts Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams Manage and forecast a high-value enterprise pipeline with strong accuracy and discipline Collaborate closely with Customer Success to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer lifetime value growth Develop strategic account and territory plans to identify new opportunities and drive structured growth Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Development teams to align customer needs with internal strategy Requirements You bring strong enterprise SaaS sales experience and a proven ability to close complex deals in technical environments. 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing high-value deals Proven success selling into large organizations with 10,000+ employees and managing complex sales cycles Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach, particularly in technical or industrial sectors Experience managing deals in the 200K to 2M+ range with multiple stakeholders involved Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and technical leaders Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills in complex enterprise environments Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting Strong pipeline management discipline with ability to prioritize and progress multiple opportunities Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on exceeding revenue targets Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries is a strong plus Benefits Competitive compensation package including base salary and stock options Unlimited paid vacation policy Extended health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings support Flexible remote work arrangements across eligible regions Opportunity to work with leading global enterprise customers in advanced engineering industries Occasional travel for team offsites and collaboration sessions Strong culture of ownership, autonomy, and high performance
